RE: Line of Duty Death, Donald Mellott

The Clinton County Department of Emergency Services regretfully announces the funeral arrangements for Donald Mellott, who gave his life in the Line of Duty on Friday February 12, 2010, while on duty with the Woolrich Volunteer Fire Company.

Funeral services will be held at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds, 859 Lower Creek Road, Lock Haven on Wednesday February 17, 2010. The service will begin at 11:30 AM.

Fire, Emergency Medical Services, Police, and other emergency service units may arrive at the staging area located along East Bald Eagle Street near the Davis Insurance Building between 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17. Units will be positioned as they arrive.  Public Safety Personnel are invited to join in a meal at the Picnic Grounds following the funeral service.
